We purchased our Regal home in Heber City 3 years ago during the big snow season. And being that the Heber valley received epic amounts of the white stuff, certain external elements of home needing to be completed had to wait until spring thaw. Once spring rolled around, Tristan systematically helped us knock off all the remaining items on the punch list in a very timely manner. Now 3 years later, a micro burst blew through the valley and removed a block of shingles from our roof. Tristan had a roofing team out in less than 24hrs addressing our issue. And if that response is not illuminating enough about this young mans approach to his job, we just this past week had a sub contractor notify us that our Radon exhaust pipe had sucked back down into the attic. With rain on the horizon and the threat of water leaking into our enclosure, we quickly called on Tristan and once again within 24hrs he had a plumber stop by to crawl into our attic and push out the Radon exhaust pipe and re-strap it securely. If that isn't outstanding customer service, I guess I don't know what is. Thank you so much Tristan. You rock!
